yet another shot at Lahaye

i have never actually read the book, but i have recently read a very interesting criticism... not quite sure how i feel about it--his argument seems to me a bit of a stretch. It is almost as if he made a bet with his buddies: how far can you go in bashing pop-consumerism Christianity?
